RSVP

The RSVP online form is now closed at this time. If you have any requests, please contact Ruth Wood at 505.281.6777. We look forward to seeing you!

Questions & Accommodations

We are currently working on acquiring a block of hotel rooms in Albuquerque to accommodate our guests at a reasonable price. Many of our guests will be coming from out of town, making it difficult to narrow down the number of rooms needed. Once RSVPs are accounted for, we will be able to move forward with hotel accommodations for the weekend. An email will be sent out when hotel booking is available. Guests are responsible for hotel costs.

Will I need to rent a vehicle?

Our goal is to have Sabbath services at the same location as our hotel accommodations. We can accommodate you in other vehicles with extra seats for any off-site activities, as well as the wedding. If this will be a need of yours, or if you will have extra seats please contact us directly.

Will I be able to afford a place to stay?

If this will make or break you coming to our wedding, we encourage you to reach out to us so that we can help accommodate your housing needs.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. Hunter & Emily request that all guests wear cocktail attire in a solid shade of blue. For more tips on cocktail dress attire, click this link.

What policies should I make sure to follow at Santa Fe Botanical Gardens?

No pets, no alcohol, no smoking, vaping, tobacco, or recreational marajuana. Cigarette butts found in the Garden will result in a $500 fine.

No open flames, incense, glitter, rice, birdseed, potpourri, sparklers, confetti, non-helium balloons are allowed in the Garden.

Stay on paths and avoid any behavior that could result in damage to plants, artwork, and structures. Any damage, maintenance, or extraordinary cleanup will result in fines. Let us celebrate with care and respect.

What restroom facilities are available at the Garden?

Two portable toilets will be available, one which complies with Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines.
